if you are importing an article, this is what you need to do.
1. Manual Copying and Pasting (for a few articles)
For a small number of articles, the easiest way is to copy the content from your source and paste it into a new Zendesk article.
- In your Help Center or Knowledge admin, click Add in the top menu bar, then select Article.
- Enter the title and content. Use the article editor to format the content, add links, or insert images. You can use the source code editor (
</>) to paste HTML content if needed. - Configure the article settings (e.g., viewing permissions, placement) and click Save and Publish.
